- Membership/Sawa Card services are offered during the designated clinic hours, and it is necessary to schedule the check-up and consultations in advance.
- Online consultations/sessions are prebooked with front desk and based on doctor availability. Karma Clinics is only an outpatient service provider and is not eligible to accept emergency cases. Membership / Sawa Card services are provided during the official working hours of the clinics, according to both doctor and patient convenience.
- Because Karma Clinics primarily offers outpatient care, they are unable to take emergency patients.
Without receiving previous approval from Karma Clinics, it is prohibited to transfer the yearly membership or discount card to another person
